Windows 10 KB4541331 fixes the blue screen problem
The focus is on non-security enhancements, but includes plenty of welcome fixes anyway.
For example, cumulative update KB4541331 resolves a long-standing issue that could cause a blue screen of death error when upgrading to Windows 10 version 1809. Microsoft doesn't provide too much detail about this problem, but it does say that it only occurs in certain scenarios, so it most likely won't affect a large number of devices.
Microsoft says it has also included several compatibility improvements to provide a smoother upgrade from previous versions of Windows 10 to version 1809 in more device configurations.
