Windows 10 Redstone 3 - New Features and Enhancements

My People

My People is a new social feature that was going to appear with Windows 10 Creators Update but it was postponed for Redstone 3. It will allow you to connect your favorite contacts to the taskbar in order to have easier access to conversations, emails or contact information of such persons. You can also share files directly with the contacts in your taskbar or collaborate on different documents.

Project NEON

Project Neon - Concept

Project NEON is the new Windows 10 design language that brings greater fluidity to the operating system user interface. Apparently, the first designs based on the NEON project will debut with Redstone 3, and a second part with the Redstone 4 update in 2018.

Windows 10 ARM

Microsoft said Windows 10 will be coming to systems with ARM-based processors soon, and with full support for Win32 emulation. Chances are good that Windows 10 is ready for ARM CPU laptops and tablets with the upcoming Redstone 3 update.

Scoreboards in OneDrive

A feature that insiders have been asking for months since the bookmarks were removed from OneDrive, although it seems that Microsoft plans to bring them back to life with Redstone 3, under a new name called On-Demand Sync.

Speakers with Cortana

The first builds of Redstone 3 point to the possible launch of speakers with Cortana integration. Brands like Harman Kardon may be working with Microsoft to launch a speaker that features assistant Cortana alongside the arrival of Windows 10 Redstone 3 in the fall.
