X299X Aorus Xtreme Waterforce is one of the new motherboards that will come out with full compatibility with the Intel Core Core-X processors 'Cascade Lake-X', and that will be released at the end of this month of November.

The motherboard will be really 'premium' and that translates into its price. One of the first stores that already have it is Caseking and its cost is no less than 1699 euros.

This is the price of the motherboard, 1699 euros, all to install a future Cascade Lake X processor that will not cost more than 1000 euros. So we are certainly facing a mega motherboard that does not forget anything and that has 16 phases of power at 70 A, covered by a huge block of water that will cover the CPU, the chipset and even an M.2 SSD.

The price certainly generates some controversy, the motherboard costs much more than a Cascade Lake-X processor. Certainly at such a price and such equipment, the motherboard must be a model that will result in very few units available and will only target a few fans of the brand and a few enthusiasts of extreme performance regardless of cost.
