The official launch of the new Radeon RX 500 graphics cards is approaching, so leaks are going to be our daily bread. This time we have the XFX Radeon RX 580 and RX 570 that have been seen in images.

The new XFX Radeon RX 580 and RX 570 arrive with a custom PCB that we know little about since the power connectors are not even visible. If we can see the new heatsinks of the brand, both with a double fan design to generate the necessary air flow for the cooling of the card. We also see that a backplate has been included on both cards to improve aesthetics and help protect their delicate components.

Let's not forget that these Radeon RX 500 are still a rehash of the previous RX 400 series, they are basically the same cards with somewhat higher operating frequencies due to a more refined 14nm manufacturing process. The improvement should not go beyond 10% performance in the best cases so if you already have a Radeon RX 480 there is no interest in making the jump to the new series.

The real innovations will come with the Radeon RX Vega, which as its name suggests will be based on the new Vega architecture and will include the advanced HBM2 memory.
