Finally and after weeks of rumors we can already officially talk about the new Xiaomi Mi 5S and Xiaomi Mi5S Plus smartphones, the two new terminals with which the Chinese firm intends to give a new assault to the market based on a recipe that predicts much success: excellent features and groundbreaking prices.

Xiaomi Mi 5s

First of all we have the Xiaomi Mi 5S, the younger brother of the two announced and that comes with an aluminum chassis available in black, gray, pink and gold for an attractive appearance. This terminal hides a powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 processor that is accompanied by 3/4 GB of LPDDR4 RAM, all to move a 5.15-inch screen with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels and a maximum brightness of 600 nits. It has a 13-megapixel Sony IMX 378 rear camera that will offer results at the height of the best and capable of jeopardizing the iPhone 6s Plus and the Galaxy S7 Edge. We take a leap forward to find the Xiami Mi 5s Plus that maintains the same processor but at the service of a 5.7-inch panel also with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels and a maximum brightness of 600 nits. The other great protagonist is its rear camera formed by two 13-megapixel Sony IMX378 sensors, one of them being monochrome to improve the contrast of the photos taken.

Its features continue with the inclusion of a fingerprint sensor on the back and the inclusion of an NFC chip. All this powered by a 3, 800 mAh battery that promises remarkable autonomy.
