They are generally tolerated, because the games and systems they are emulating are old and difficult or even impossible to find digitally. In the case of Nintendo Switch it is very different, since we are talking about a console that is not even two years old, with very current and commercially successful games. It is a difficult sale. It remains to be seen whether Nintendo will decide and whether it will be able to take legal action against the development of Yuzu.

On the other hand, the good work that the Yuzu team has done in achieving such a good performance in less than a year is impressive, although in their favor they have had that the Tegra X1 processor is already years old and is already well analyzed.
