New ADATA IM2P33F8 and ADATA IM2S3168 industrial SSDs with 3D NAND TLC memories, all the characteristics of these units

ADATA IM2P33F8 is a new series of SSD drives that is designed for use on multiple platforms. For its construction, 3D TLC NAND flash memory chips have been used, which reduce the cost compared to MLC, while maintaining excellent performance. ADATA has also included end-to-end data protection to ensure security in the event of a power outage, and variable capabilities to fit the needs of all users.

ADATA IM2P33F8 has a PCIe 3.0 x4 interface with support for the NVMe 1.3 protocol and comes in capacities of 128GB, 256GB, and 512GB. All of them are capable of obtaining performance figures in sequential reading and writing, of up to 2, 050 MB / s and 1, 600 MB / s respectively.

The ADATA IM2S3168 are designed for data center environments, with support for AES 256-bit encryption, SM4, and TCG Opal 2.0. In this case they have a SATA 6 GB / s interface, which is considerably slower, with speeds of up to 540 MB / s and 510 MB / s in sequential read and write performance respectively. The capacities in this case are 32 GB, 64 GB, 128 GB, 256 GB, 512 GB and 1 TB.

Prices have not been announced at this time, but considering that these units are only available on the company's website for industrial customers, these products are unlikely to reach the consumer market.
