The GNU / Linux drivers already show the first reference to AMD's GFX10 architecture, Vega is known as GFX9 so it is quite clear that this new reference appeared is about AMD Navi, which should arrive throughout next year 2018 We know that AMD intends to put Navi on the market in late 2018 or early 2019 under the GlobalFoundries 7nm manufacturing process.

For now, AMD will focus on putting new silicons based on the Vega architecture on the market with GlobalFoundries' new 14nm + process, which comes in at 12nm for pure marketing. These new silicons will be what bring the Raven Ridge processors to life, the company's next generation of APUs. Regarding the desktop market, it is not known what AMD's movements will be before the arrival of Navi.
