Amd radeon rx 470 is on the way to fight the gtx 1050 ti

The arrival of the GeForce GTX 1050 Ti has caused AMD to put its batteries to offer a new graphics card that is capable of fighting with the Nvidia solution in both price and performance. The new Radeon RX 470 SE is on the way to offer a new solution based on the Polaris 10 architecture and high energy efficiency.

AMD works on a new graphics card with a performance located between the RX 460 and RX 470, the name of the new card could be Radeon RX 470SE and even Radeon RX 465 although it is most likely the first since the second nomenclature will correspond to the second Polaris reviews.

The new card will make use of a Polaris 10 GPU cut to a maximum of 28 Compute Units, which would add 1, 792 stream processors with an approximate TDP of 90W to offer remarkable energy efficiency, although in this respect it will continue one step behind Pascal. With these figures the card would be more powerful than the GeForce GTX 1050 Ti, the price remains to be known although with the history of AMD it should be very similar to the Nvidia card yielding something more.
