Leaky amd ryzen 9 3950x: possibly on sale september 30

While much of the Ryzen 3000 line came out in early July , there were a few models that did not accompany this release. One of them was the jewel in the crown, the AMD Ryzen 9 3950X , but recent leaks indicate that it is closer than we expected.

As we indicated, the Swiss online store has noted on the AMD Ryzen 9 3950X sheet that the launch date will be next September 30 . Sure, this information is not confirmed by AMD , but it is quite likely to be true.

If the leaks are true, we will have this new CPU before the next i9-9900KS and the Intel Cascade Lake , something not very positive for the blue team..

Admittedly, we already have the extreme Ryzen Threadripper range, but the Ryzen 9 3950X brings this performance to the mainstream market. We remind you that this new unit will bring 16 cores and 32 threads , in addition to approximately 72 MB of L2 / L3 cache memory.

Its price will be around € 750-800, which is not a small thing, but for the performance expected of it, it is quite justified.

We only hope that this new CPU already comes cured in ills and does not suffer the same as its older brothers on its departure. With frequency issues, instability, and more, patches are coming that we hope will already be installed on the new component.
