The iPad Pro 2018 is the thinnest version of the bitten apple tablet. However, some new owners are complaining that their expensive new 2018 iPad Pro comes into their hands from the store with a slight curve, to which Apple says it's normal, as if it's totally normal to ship devices with minor flaws.

In other words, it will be bent that way forever. Some owners report that their 2018 iPad Pro actually started to show some deformation after normal use or being placed in a backpack. Default or not, Apple's justification will likely be taken as yet another instance of its growing quality control issues. Some have criticized the company for becoming increasingly lax regarding the design and production quality of its products, from ugly antenna lines to poorly welded touch controllers. Unfortunately, despite Apple's statements, its service centers and retailers may not have been informed yet, and some have refused to replace the affected units.

In any case, the iPad Pro 2018 is a product with a very high price, so it seems totally inadmissible that it reaches “slightly folded” into the hands of its buyers, and even more inadmissible seems Apple's attitude to the problem at consider it normal.
