Apple launches free replacement program for iphone x screens

Last Friday, Apple issued a statement in which it reported the incorrect operation of the iPhone X's screen in relation to its sensitivity and its reaction to being touched by the user. This problem would be affecting “some” users, however, the company has reacted quickly by launching a new free screen replacement program that already affected users in Spain have access to.

Free replace the screen of your iPhone X

The new iPhone X screen replacement program (device launched at the end of last year 2017), is now available in Spain. If you have noticed that the screen is not working as it should, you may be able to benefit from a free repair.

Specifically, the problems announced by the company are the following:

• The screen, or part of the screen, does not respond or responds intermittently to touches. The screen reacts even if you have not touched it.

If you are noticing any of these faults on your iPhone X, then you can benefit from a replacement of the screen "free of charge", that is, free.

To do this, you can contact Apple's technical service, go to a distributor authorized by the company, or directly visit an Apple Store near your place of residence.

Remember that this program is only valid for iPhone X, and that “if your iPhone X has any damage that impairs the ability to complete the repair, such as a broken screen, that problem should be resolved before service. In some cases, there may be a cost associated with the additional repair. ” On the other hand, you can access this repair for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase of your iPhone X.
