Share your location on facebook messenger

Facebook Messenger allows users to share their location with groups of people or chat. With the feature, you can warn your friends where you are in a much faster and more accurate way. The functionality, at the moment, is compatible with the version of the iOS application. See how to do it!

Step 1. Open the Facebook Messenger app and access to chat with a friend to whom you'd like to present a location. Next, click on the “…” button next to the 'make out' button and then tap on “Local”;

Step 2. By default, Facebook Messenger shows your current location. However, you can choose a nearby location, or freely move the map to select another location. Once this is done, then press " Send ";

Step 3. The location will be sent as an attachment. When you receive a location, tap on it to open the enlarged map. If you want to touch with the pin to open the coordinates in a map application and get directions;
