When we edit a document in Word, the normal thing is that we work all the time with the sheets of it vertically. But it may happen that we have to insert a graphic, image or an organization chart, so we have to have a horizontal page in said document. This is something we can do at all times without too much trouble.

How to horizontalize a page in Word

In this way, having the possibility that one of the pages is horizontal in said document, which for certain uses can be much more comfortable. It is a simple process, which we show you below.

Put a page horizontal

If we are in the middle of a Word document in which we want to put a page horizontally, we have to go to the top menu in this case. Of the options that we find in it, we go to the Disposition section, on which we are going to click. A series of options or functions within it will then be displayed. One of these options is orientation. In other versions we have to enter the Design section first.

Orientation is where we have the possibility to change the orientation of the page we are on at that moment. By default everything comes vertically, but we also have the possibility of making it horizontal, which is what we want in this case. So we only have to press horizontally and the page will be in this orientation.

In this way, if we have to introduce a table, graph or some element that does not fit vertically, we will now have enough space for it without too many problems. We can do this with all the pages in Word that we need, following the same steps. So it is not a method that presents too many complications, as you can see.
