The web browser is one of the applications most used by the owners of a smartphone, so it is very important that all developers make every effort to improve their product. Little by little, the browsers for smartphones progress in reducing energy consumption, something of vital importance with a very limited battery capacity. Google has already made available to Android users the new Chrome 59.

Chrome 59 now available for Android

Chrome 59 had previously reached Linux, MAc and Windows while users of Google's mobile operating system had been left out, something that I have not done any fun. Finally Google has released the new version of Chrome 59 for all Android users.

Chrome 59 is now available to download on Google Play and brings a large number of important improvements, the first of which is a higher speed when loading web pages, it is estimated that the improvement in speed reaches between 10% and 20% depending on the content. The second improvement has to do with an update to the JavaScript engine, thereby reducing the memory consumption that has always been one of the weaknesses of Chrome and that hampered it in computers with little resources. Finally some improvements are added in the support for animated PNGs.

If you use Chrome on your Android smartphone, don't forget to update it to the latest available version to enjoy all its advantages.
