Mount ISO image in Windows 10

To be able to mount ISO image in Windows 10 we will only have to select the image and open the options using the right mouse button. Above all, the option to “Mount” will appear

In this way the image will be mounted and a new window will appear that shows us the internal content of this image.

If we go to the "This computer" directory where the hard drives appear, we will see that a new DVD drive has appeared that represents the mounted ISO image. As if it were a DVD.

If when we open the options for the ISO image, the “Mount” option does not appear, it is because the file extension is associated with some third-party program that we have installed to perform these same image mounting functions. In this case what we will have to do is choose the option of "Open with…" and select "Windows Explorer"

To disassemble it again and release this virtual drive, what we will have to do is go to it in "This team" and pressing the right button, we will choose "Eject"

Burn an ISO image in Windows 10

Just as we have the possibility of mounting images with the native Windows tool, we can also record it in the same way. We are not even going to need to install a software to burn CDs or DVDs with the images that we have stored in our system.

What we must do in this case is, select the ISO image and reopen its options with a right mouse click. And we choose the option "Burn disk image"

After choosing these options, a window will open in which we can select our CD, DVD or Blu-Ray recorder and carry out the recording process.
