Comparison: iocean x7 hd vs motorola moto g

We already missed it. To start the final stretch of comparisons of the iOcean, we have as our "special" aspirant our long-awaited Motorola Moto G, a very good-featured terminal at a fairly affordable price that came to the market backed by Google seeking to rise from its own ashes. It highlights the time it takes to start, its rapid launch of applications or the autonomy of its battery, at least among the devices that have more or less their price. But our iOcean does not give up, so it is still willing to show that it is a Low Cost that will give a lot to talk about in the market. Let's get down to it:

Screens: the Chinese model has 5 inches, while the Motorola has 4.5 inches TFT. However, they share the same resolution: 1280 x 720 pixels. The iOcean for its part also has OGS and IPS technology, making it possible to consume less energy, have very sharp colors and are equipped with a large viewing angle.

Cameras: The X7 HD has a larger main lens, 8 megapixels, compared to the 5 megapixel that protects the Moto G. Its focal apertures are f / 2.2 and f / 2.4 respectively, in addition to featuring an LED flash. The Chinese model also starts with the advantage of having 2 megapixels in its front camera, compared to 1.3 megapixels of the Motorola's front lens, in both cases useful for taking a photo that serves as a profile on social networks or enjoying video calls. Video recording, in the case of the Moto G, is done in HD 720p quality at 30 fps.

Processors: The Chinese model features a 1.30 GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6582 SoC and a Mali400MP2 graphics chip . The Motorola Moto G for its part has a Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 CPU with quad-core 1.2 GHz and GPU Adreno 305. Both phones come with 1 GB of RAM. The operating system present in the Moto G is Android 4.3 Jelly Bean, for which its update to 4.4 KitKat is expected in the same year, while Android 4.2 Jelly Bean covers the iOcean X7 HD.

Designs: the iOcean X7HD has dimensions of 141 mm high × 69 × 8.95 millimeters thick. The Motorola on the contrary presents a smaller size, although it is thicker with its 129.9 mm high x 65.9 mm wide and 11.6 mm thick. Its weight stands at 143 grams. The Chinese model has a metal body that gives it some resistance. The Motorola has more sophisticated protections: we can buy a protective case against shocks, known by the name of "Grip Shell". Its small "stops" make it easy to place the smartphone face down, as it prevents possible scratches. On the other hand, the “Flip Shell” can also be ours, another casing that allows the device to be closed completely and which consists of an opening on the screen to be able to use it without any problem.

Connectivity: both terminals have basic connections that we are used to like WiFi, 3G, Bluetooth or FM radio, without the support of 4G / LTE make an appearance.

Internal memories: the iOcean X7HD has a model on the market with 4 GB of ROM, while the Moto G for its part offers us an 8 and 16 GB terminal . The Chinese smartphone also has the possibility of expanding its internal memory via microSD card up to 32 GB. The Motorola lacks this feature, however we can opt for the promotion of free 50 GB for two years on Google Drive.

Batteries: iOcean offers a choice between a 2000 mAh capacity battery or a 3000 mAh battery. As we can see, its autonomy will be a remarkable aspect. The Motorola has a 2070 mAh non-removable, hence it presents an external battery kit.

WE RECOMMEND NEW AMD A10-7890K, A8-7690K and Athlon X4 880K processors for FM2 + socket

Prices and availability: it will be a long time before seeing iOcean in the Spanish market, at least on a large scale, since in mid-January it was released in its own country (China) for a price in yuan that in exchange is slightly less than 100 euros, about 96 euros approximately. However it can be ours from the web electronicabarata.es for 154.99 euros. Another option is to purchase it directly from your country of origin for the price indicated above, without of course counting customs costs. As for the Motorola Moto G we can find it freely for 179 euros if it is the smartphone with 8 GB of capacity and for 199 euros if we talk about the 16 GB model. We can conclude by saying that it is an acceptable performance phone at a more than affordable price.
