After "facing" our iOcean X7 HD with the Nokia Lumia 520 and 525, today it is the turn of the Lumia 620 to get into our private ring. As we already saw with its brothers, we are faced with another Low Cost model from Nokia that has very competitive characteristics in relation to the price it has. The iOcean for its part is a Chinese smartphone that seeks to make a name for itself in the market thanks to its features that have little to envy to other terminals of higher ranges. Throughout the article we will check which of these two devices best suits our needs and if the proportion of their specifications and amounts is fair. We begin:

Designs: The iOcean X7 HD features 141mm height × 69mm width × 8.95mm thickness, compared to 115.4mm height × 61.1mm width × 11mm thickness for the Lumia 620. The Asian model casing is made of metal, which gives it some resistance, while the back of the Lumia is made of polycarbonate, which guarantees durability and gives it a good touch. It is also marketed in a wide variety of interchangeable colors: orange, black, white, yellow, green, pink and blue.

Cameras: The iOcean features an 8-megapixel primary lens with F / 2.2 focal aperture and an LED flash. The Lumia for its part presents a 5 megapixel rear camera, with LED flash and f / 2.4 aperture, focal length of 28 millimeters and with the applications Nokia Smart Cam, Lens for animated photos and Bing vision. Its front lenses have 2 megapixels in the case of the iOcean and VGA (0.3 megapixels) if we refer to the Nokia. Video recording is done in HD 720p format at 30 fps.

Screens: The Nokia has a 3.8-inch ClearBlack (perfectly readable in sunlight) screen and a WVGA resolution of 800 x 480 pixels. For its part, the iOcean is 5 inches and 1280 x 720 pixels. Both are accompanied by IPS technology, so they have a great viewing angle and very vivid colors.

Processors: The Chinese model features a 1.30 GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6582 SoC and a Mali400MP2 graphics chip, while the Lumia 620 features a 1.2 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Dual Core CPU and an Adreno 305 GPU. They also have different RAM memory, being 1 GB if we talk about the iOcean and 512 MB if we refer to the Lumia 620. As for the operating system, they do not match either, turning out to be Android 4.2 Jelly Bean in the case of the iOcean and Windows Phone 8 for the Nokia.

Batteries : The Nokia model has a 1300 mAh capacity battery, while the iOcean offers the opportunity to choose between a 2000 mAh and a 3000 mAh battery. We can say then that the Chinese model will have an autonomy that will not go unnoticed, unlike the Lumia, which we must assume that its durability will not particularly stand out.

Connectivity : both have networks such as 3G , Bluetooth or WiFi , without the presence of LTE / 4G technology .

Internal memories : the iOcean X7HD and the Nokia Lumia 620 have a model in the market 4 GB and 8 GB of ROM respectively. Its memories are expanded by microSD cards up to 32 GB if we talk about iOcean and up to 64 GB in the case of Lumia, in addition to having it with 7 GB of free cloud storage.

Another option is to purchase it directly from China for the price indicated above, without of course counting customs costs.
