Technical characteristics:

Screens: the one of both smartphones has a size of 5 inches and a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. Batteries: The Mi4 has a large capacity of 3080 mAh, slightly higher than that of the Xiaomi Mi3, which has 3050 mAh, so both terminals will have excellent autonomy.

Internal Memories: both smartphones have two models on the market, one of 16 GB and the other of 64 GB, without the possibility of expanding these storages as they are not compatible with microSD cards.

Connectivity: in addition to the fact that both have connections that we are already used to like 3G, WiFi, Bluetooth or FM radio, in the case of the Mi4 we must add that it has 4G / LTE technology, being the first model of the family that has with this feature.
