The Core i9 and Core i7 models come with eight and six cores with Hyper-Threading, respectively. Core i9 chips have 16MB of L3 cache while Core i7 models come with 12MB. As for the lower-level Core i5 parts, they feature four cores with Hyper-Threading and 8MB of L3 cache. Regardless of model, all 9th ​​generation H-series processors have a TDP of 45W.

The Coffee Lake-H Refresh chips are equipped with Intel's Gen9.5 graphics solution, which indicates that the processors are made with the improved 14nm process.
