As usual in this type of product, the Corsair T1 Race chair comes completely disassembled in a very large cardboard box, inside it all the parts that compose it are very well accommodated and protected by very good bags and foam pieces quality to avoid any type of deterioration while being transported to the end user. Corsair has included all the accessories and tools that we will need for the assembly of the product so that we will not have to buy anything else.

Inside the box we find the following pieces:

The chair is the most important element for users who spend many hours in front of the PC, it depends on maintaining a correct posture to avoid future health problems. With the aim of providing maximum comfort, the Corsair T1 Race was born, a high-quality chair that is labeled gaming for its design but is an excellent option for all users due to its high quality and comfort.

Its construction is based on a skeleton of the best quality steel to make it very resistant and that can support up to 120 kilos of weight with a total weight of the chair of 14 kilos.

The base of the chair is a five-pointed star that is built with steel so that it is very resistant, since it has to support the weight of the chair itself and that of the user, so it is very important that it be of the best possible quality.

Each of the tips of the star has a hole in which we will have to introduce one of the five nylon wheels that are attached to the bundle, once the wheels are fixed they can rotate to facilitate the movement of the chair. In the center of the star we place the cylinder with the gas piston and its trim.

The gas piston is attached to the seat of the chair by means of a butterfly-shaped mounting part, it is the typical part that all chairs of this style carry and which includes a lever that will serve to actuate the gas piston and be able to lift and lower the chair effortlessly.

The piece is attached to the seat with four screws and has a small mark that indicates the orientation so that we do not put it backwards, this mark will go towards the front of the chair.

Once we have the base of the chair ready it is time to move on to the next point of its assembly, joining the seat and the backrest, the seat has a metal joint on which we will screw the backrest, this joint is what will then allow us to tilt the backrest with a small lever that we will have to lift to release the mechanism and allow movement.

The seat is also the part where the two armrests that come together come together, these have a very comfortable design that allows their movement in four directions. Once the seat and backrest are joined, we only have to place the two trims that hide the mentioned joint and the screws used.

The backrest and seat of the Corsair T1 Race are of the best quality, their design is very comfortable thanks to the use of polyurethane foam on the inside and a 3D PVC Leather coating on the outside. The upholstery is diamond shaped and very attractive, although this is already completely objective. The chair is available in various color combinations so that each user can choose the one they like best . We can see that the backrest has two large holes in the upper area and the brand logo.

Final words and conclusion about Corsair T1 Race

The Corsair T1 Race is one of the best gaming chairs we've tested over the past two years. An elegant design in all its variants, although less in the yellow (the one that touched us -.-) and with a great 3D PVC leather coating ensures great fabric durability and comfort.

Special mention should also be made of its armrests, which are 4D. The structure is soft and is greatly appreciated during long hours of work. Like the lumbar and cervical cushions they help a lot to our health.

Remember that the chair supports a maximum weight of up to 120 KG. The glide is very fluid and unlike other chairs there is no need to use a mat to improve the bearing.

The chair is outstanding, but the cover of the side screws does not fit well and it is difficult to put it on. It has given us a problem and we think it may be from our specific unit, but for future revisions it could improve the grip system.

Its price in store is from 335 to 350 euros approximately. A high price, yes, but buying a good chair is to improve our health and we will always recommend that.

We update: We recommend placing the chair on its side on the ground, in this way we make a greater pressure and angle from that position. 100% checked and effective.
