A while ago we were commenting on Ubuntu 17.04 Zesty Zapus and its launch by Canonical, the new Ubuntu (Linux) operating system that will be ready from April of next year.

A new version of Ubuntu 17.04 will be released every day

From October 26, Ubuntu users can already access the daily versions of Ubuntu 17.04, very early versions of the new system that will be published daily so that everyone can try them out and help Canonical to polish it in the process. These first preliminary versions are very similar to Ubuntu 16.10 and as soon as they bring news, as the days and weeks go by, more functionalities will be added.

If you are wanting to try these early versions of Ubuntu 17.04, it is recommended to use them with virtual machines and not to install from 0, much less replace your current Ubuntu 16.10 because they are ISO images for testing.

Canonical's own team claims to be working with the new Kernel Linux 4.9 for Ubuntu 17.01 Zesty Zapus, so in a few weeks we will probably already have the system working with the new Kernel kernel.
