We are hours from the launch of the Nintendo Switch, the new hybrid Nintendo console hits stores on March 3 with the Zelda Breath of the Wild as the big star title. Along with the console, a series of additional peripherals will arrive, including the Pro Controller.

Pro Controller can be used on PC via Bluetooth

The Nintendo Switch Pro Controller is a very similar to the XBOX controller that serves to replace the Joy-Con in many games. The peripheral is sold separately and costs about 69.90 euros (no less).

One of the surprises that we did not know about the Pro Controller is that it will also be used to play on PC through its Bluetooth connection. Apparently there is no need to install any additional driver, since Windows identifies it natively when we synchronize it through a Bluetooth connection.

In the video that we published above, you can see how the Pro Controller works on a Windows 10 computer, although the gyroscope, accelerometer and vibration are not enabled at the moment.

Pro Controller for the 'modico' price of 69.90 euros

Is it possible that Nintendo releases official controllers to be able to use the Pro Controller on PC with all its functions? We know that the Japanese company is quite closed and conservative, but here you could make an exception.

Nintendo Switch launches on March 3 with a price of 320 euros in Spain without a game, which must be purchased separately as well as the Pro controller (the latter fully optional).
