EVGA, one of the most prestigious Nvidia GPU assemblers, has shown a total of three new very high-end cards based on the Nvidia GeForce GTX 1080 Ti chipset for the most demanding users. These cards have the mission to demonstrate the good work of the company after some problems that have spilled over to its best cards from the previous generation.
EVGA GeForce GTX 1080 Ti
The three new cards shown by EVGA are the GTX 1080 Ti FTW3 (11G-P4-6696), the GTX 1080 Ti SC3 11G-P4-6593) and the GTX 1080 Ti SC Black Edition (11G-P4-6393). Of these three cards, the FTW3 and SC3 are the highest end and include exclusive details such as iCX cooling technology, 9 temperature sensors, and an advanced, highly configurable RGB LED lighting system.
The EVGA GeForce GTX 1080 Ti FTW3 is the most powerful version of the three thanks to its high operating frequencies, no specific figures have been given. In second place is the GeForce GTX 1080 Ti SC3 and finally the SC Black Edition. The latter uses a smaller variant of the iCS heatsink with only two fans compared to three of its older sisters, nor does it have the 9 temperature sensors.
Its prices will start at $ 699, like its Founders Edition model.
