Samsung intends to launch the Galaxy Pro C9 to the international market. Recently listed for China, the phablet passed the Wi-Fi Alliance certification, which has revealed the intentions of the South Korean company to launch the terminal in other countries.

Galaxy Pro C9 is the new Phablet from Samsung

This new phablet has a 6-inch screen, being one of the largest devices in the Samsung catalog, although the resolution is Full-HD with a density below the Super AMOLED that the Samsung Galaxy S7 has. The brain of the Galaxy Pro C9 will be the Snapdragon 653 along with 6GB of RAM and an internal storage capacity of 64GB, which are expandable through microSD memory cards.

The two cameras, front and rear, are 16 megapixels, have a fingerprint reader (increasingly common in the latest mid-range and high-end terminals) and a 4, 000 mAh battery. The installed Android version will be 6.0.1 but it can be updated to Android 7.0 later.

Samsung's intention with the Galaxy Pro C9 is to bridge the failed Galaxy Note 7 and the next Galaxy S8 that will arrive in 2017. The Galaxy Pro C9 (model SM-C900) is believed to be unveiled at the MWC (Mobile World Congress) to be held in the city of Barcelona in February.
