Goodnotes retrieves the "markers"

It's been around a month since Goodnotes released the biggest update in recent memory. A new version that has been rewritten from scratch and, after a year and a half of hard work, has brought us a completely redesigned application, both outside and inside: new and more modern user interface, new features and functions, etc. But also some features of the previous version were left on hold. One of them are bookmarks, very useful when working with documents and / or notebooks of considerable length. Now those bookmarks go back to GoodNotes, although they do so under a new name.

GoodNotes bookmarks are now "outlines"

The latest version of GoodNotes, identified under the nomenclature 5.0.15, arrived earlier this week to the delight of many users. Beyond the typical and necessary bug fixes and performance and stability improvements, the digital "notebook" has recovered one of the best and longed for features, the bookmarks, although now we find them under the name of Schemes .

These "schemes" (or bookmarks) constitute a kind of index that allows us to navigate through the pages of our digital notebooks quickly, making it especially useful if we work with large documents.

In addition, these are custom schemes, while we can add them to any page and set the title that suits us best for each of them.

To add a page as an outline, just follow these steps:

  1. Open the page that you want to add as an outline. Click the button identified with three horizontal dots located in the upper right corner. Click the option "Add this page to the outline" Write a title. Click "Add"

Do this with each page that you want to add to your outline and you will see that you have nothing else than a complete interactive index thanks to which you can quickly navigate through all your documents.
