The next generation of Intel processors are just around the corner and leaks are increasing. Today's data speaks of the Intel Core i3-10100, which has passed the SANDRA benchmark and shows quite promising results.

Expectations for Intel's 10th Generation improve as the news unfolds and the Intel Core i3-10100 appears to be quite buoyant .
These processors are based on the 14nm Comet Lake micro-architecture , so they are an advanced Skylake review. Obviously, they succeed the Core i3-9100 and Core i3-8100 and to offer more power they have activated Hyper-threading for the first time in this range. Thanks to this, we will see in this unit 4 physical cores and 8 logical threads or 2 threads per 1 core .
On other important issues, this processor will have around 6MB of cache memory, which makes us think that the Intel Core i3-103XX range will be much more powerful. Regarding the frequencies, it will have a 3.60 GHz base and we do not know what its Turbo Frequency will be.
Regarding the topic that concerns us, the SiSoft SANDRA database has shown certain new results from the Intel Core i3-10100 . According to the benchmark, this unit shows 382.61 MPix / s on average in multimedia tests, a value up to 31% better than its previous generation, which obtained approximately 290 MPix / s .
The improvement is obviously hyperthreading- induced, as the results are only noticeably better in multitasking. We hope that new generations of Intel will propose new changes beyond this. With the arrival of 10nm it is possible that the panorama will change radically and that is exactly what the company needs.
This processor will be around $ 120 and will compete with the low-end AMD Ryzen 3 3200G components .
