Iphone 8, concept with ceramic body and curved edges
iPhone 8 is one of the biggest releases of the year in the mobile phone sector, surely alongside the Samsung Galaxy S8. During 2017 it will be 10 years since the first iPhone was launched, so the arrival of the new terminal will be particularly different from that of other times.
Different reports suggest that the iPhone 8 is going to be a real blow of effect and that it will incorporate many new features in all aspects. Until launch day arrives, we have concept artists imagining and reimagining what the apple company's new flagship phone could be.
Today, we have a new concept for the iPhone 8 that is being labeled the iPhone's 10th anniversary. The concept can even be seen on video, where we appreciate all the details.
The concept envisions a 5.8-inch OLED screen with curved edges. This concept created by Imran Taylor seems to take some inspiration from the already discontinued Galaxy Note 7.
The Home button is capacitive and the Touch ID is built into the phone screen, which seems like a very interesting idea. At the bottom of the phone we would now have a touch panel that would allow us different gestures to invoke an action. The device would have a thickness of 6.9 mm.
Probably the best feature of this concept is the material of the entire case, zirconia ceramic. The designer behind this concept believes it is the perfect material for the iPhone, as it is extremely durable, lightweight, and allows electronic waves to pass through easily, resulting in better wireless connections.
We will see how much of this concept is finally on the iPhone 8, but there is no doubt that it looks very good.
