Kingston ssdnow uv300 with nand tlc announced
Kingston has announced its new SSDNow UV300 storage devices aimed at mainstream users and which will offer excellent performance as well as high reliability.
The Kingston SSDNow UV300 arrive in the classic 2.5 ″ form factor with a SATA III interface. Inside it is hidden the TLC NAND flash memory technology and a Phison S10 controller, with this they are capable of reaching sequential read and write speeds of up to 550 MB / s and 510 MB / s respectively. As for the 4K random read and write speed, the units of 120 GB and 240 GB are at 85, 000 IOPS and the units of 480 GB are 75, 000 IOPS.
The SSDNow UV300 also offer great reliability with 64 TB, 128 TB and 256 TB TBW respectively in the 120 GB, 240 GB and 480 GB units.
Prices have not been announced.
