Apple bets on LG as a provider
In addition, as we saw last year, Apple is committed to OLED technology on the screens of its phones. So they don't skimp on cost or quality in this regard. The American company hopes in this way to reduce its dependence on Samsung as the main provider of screens. Since Samsung is one of the companies that dominate the segment of OLED panels.
Although for the LG panels to be used in the new iPhone, it is expected that they will go through a series of controls. We already know that Apple is a company with demanding quality controls. There are expected to be at least two for the Korean firm.
If they pass both controls, then the OLED panels will be used in the new iPhone models from the Cupertino ones. The new phones should hit the market in September. It is speculated that there will be more models and with lower prices this year.
