Well, the slide that appeared on the Overclock3D portal mentions that the “product introduction date” or “product information release date” is marked for October 2018 for the K-series Coffee Lake-S Refresh processors. That is, the i9-9900K, i7-9700K and i5-9600K. This joins other leaks that marked departure dates between September and October.

As previously reported in previous leaks, the i9-9900K will feature the number of 8 cores and 16 threads and a turbo frequency that will reach turbo frequencies of up to 4.7GHz in absolutely all cores, which could give it some serious performance advantages. vs. the 2700X from AMD.
