Microsoft has released a new preview version of Office 2016 for Windows Insider users, which adds some interesting new features. These new features affect PowerPoint, Project and Outlook applications.

PowerPoint users in the new version of Office 2016 for Insiders can use handwritten notes as well as drawings and convert them into readable text and sharper-shaped images. Outlook 2016 has also received significant improvements, such as the ability to read emails out loud and highlight the parts of the text that are being read. Added to this is the possibility to configure reminders to appear in the window you are working on or the taskbar, and mark the deleted items as read.

Moving on to Project 2016, the ability to filter key resources and summary tasks has been added , as well as setting integrity percentages for different columns. It also offers the possibility to move quickly between a quick view and another.
