Motorola moto g 3: customize music

To personalize the Motorola Moto G 3, you can set your favorite song as a ringtone for calls. In this way, every time the machine receives a call, the selected audio is emitted. This feature is not as straightforward as on other smartphones. You must connect the device to the computer using a USB cable.

Personalize music with the Motorola Moto G 3 (2015)

Step 1. Plug the phone into the USB cable and turn on the computer. Open the folder "This PC" and select "MotoG3". Then click on the "internal" folder;

Step 2. Find the equipment that you want to use the music as a ringtone, and copy it into the “Ringtones” folder. You can use the shortcut CTRL + C (copy) and CTRL + V (to paste) in the folder. Wait for the transfer to happen and disconnect the USB;

Step 3. Now the music can be found Moto G 3. Go to “Settings” and find the button “Sound and reporting”;

Step 4. Select "Touch Phone" and find the music you added. Select the circle next to the item and confirm "OK".

Ready. The song will be used as a mobile phone from the beginning of the audio. For best results, check the audio editing with Audacity and select only the parts you prefer.
