MSI has unveiled its new Trident X Desktop PC in partnership with the latest MSI GeForce RTX 2080 graphics cards and ninth-generation Core Intel processors.

MSI Introduces Its Powerful Trident X Compact Computer

The MSI Trident X is the first desktop PC to incorporate an SFX power supply and the new, higher-performance MSI GeForce RTX graphics cards in a small compact case specially designed by MSI, and it must be said that it looks phenomenal.

MSI believe the Trident X to offer powerful equipment that rivals the performance of larger traditional PC computers. Within this 'compact' design, we see an Intel Core i9-9900K processor. The i9 provides massive, overclocking performance in a small chassis. This powerful processor is combined with the NVIDIA RTX 2080 Ti graphics card. Both should be sufficient for any task, be it video games or other demanding tasks, such as in video design and editing.

Core i9-9900K and RTX 2080 Ti and Silent Storm Cooling cooling system

MSI brought some ideas from the previous Infinite X, with its tempered glass sides, to the new Trident X. The panel was designed with a hinge to allow users to easily upgrade the CPU, memory, or hard drive. The design on the bottom edge of the glass panel helps vent heat away from the CPU to ensure longevity and high processor performance. Plus, the RGB fan can be seen through the panel, allowing gamers to have even more customization options.

The entire PC is cooled by MSI's exclusive Silent Storm Cooling thermal system. The system uses three separate air flows to individually cool the different components within it, MSI says.

Pricing and availability

The Trident X will be available in November starting at $ 2, 299.
