In recent days we have known some details about its specifications, although nothing is totally reliable at the moment. The rumors are very diverse, placing the graphics card at the height of the RTX 2080 or directly assaulting the mid-range.
If true, it would make sense for Navi to be a high-end graphics card, which is where Ray Tracing effects could be most exploited, much more so than mid-range graphics. It is believed that Navi could be presented during E3 2019, with a subsequent launch on July 7, so we are less than three months away from launch.
At the moment, few games are those that offer Ray Tracing, but that situation may improve if AMD also begins to support it on its new graphics cards. We will keep you informed.
