Shuttle XPC Slim is one of the lines of mini computers with better popularity among users, the manufacturer has now announced the new models XH310 and XH310V, with a 3-liter format that includes support for eighth-generation Intel Core processors with sockets.

The new Shuttle XPC Slim XH310 and XH310V are the largest and therefore the most flexible in the slim XPC series. Both models are based on the Intel H310 chipset, and support Intel processors up to 65 watts of TDP for the LGA1151v2 socket. Up to 32GB DDR4 memory can be used in both devices, thanks to the presence of two SO-DIMM slots in dual chanel.

Despite their height of only 7.2 cm and width of 20 cm, they both come with an extensive set of features including connections in the form of 2 x Gigabit Ethernet, HDMI 2.0a, DisplayPort, VGA, 2x RS-232, 3x SATA, space for two hard drives and an NVMe SSD. Additionally, the XH310 can be configured with a total of five serial interfaces that will utilize the optical drive bay. In direct comparison, the X H310V has front flaps that cover the bay and ports of the optical drive. The XH310 does it without these flaps, other technical specs remain almost identical.

The external remote start connection is also new, and allows both Mini-PCs to start remotely. The recommended retail price for Shuttle for the XPC Barebone XH310 and XH310V is 192.00 euros each. They are already available through specialized retailers in Europe.
