New Intel SSDs with 3D NAND memory. Last year Intel promised new SSD storage devices with great capacities thanks to the use of 3D NAND memory and now it has just taken a first step by announcing a new model with a capacity of 2 TB.

New Intel SSD with 3D NAND memory and features at the height of the best

The Intel SSD DC P3320 arrives with a storage capacity of 2 TB thanks to the use of 3D NAND memory technology, this new unit is characterized by offering excellent figures of speed, durability and reliability, just what is needed in large servers to ensure maximum performance and integrity of stored data.

The new Intel SSD DC P3320 uses a PCI-Express 3.0 bus and NVMe protocol to offer much better performance than models with a SATA III 6 Gb / s interface. The Intel SSD DC P3320 is capable of sequential read and write speeds of up to 1, 600 MB / s and 1, 400 MB / s respectively while its random read and write performance is up to five times higher than previous models from Intel itself.

Intel has also introduced the D3700 and D3600 DC SSDs with even higher performance and capable of reaching 2, 100 MB / s in sequential read and 1, 500 MB / s in sequential write. Finally we have the Intel SSD 540 with capacities up to 1TB and available in SATA III and M.2 formats.
