Nvidia pascal will arrive at 16nm tsmc finfet
The next Pasvid Nvidia architecture will arrive manufactured by TSMC in the 16nm FinFET process, previously there was talk that it could arrive manufactured by Samsung in 14nm FinFET but it seems that the negotiations between Nvidia and Samsung have not borne fruit.
Undoubtedly a great leap forward compared to the current 28nm seen in Kepler and Maxwell although it could put Nvidia at a slight disadvantage if AMD GPUs finally arrive manufactured in 14nm FinFET by GlobalFoundries. Remember that both AMD and Nvidia will use HBM2 memory in their new GPUs, at least in the higher-end ones.
