Nvidia turing will be the next launch for the gaming market

We have new information that indicates that Nvidia is working on a new silicon called Turing and focused on the gaming market, the rumors already pointed to the arrival of new cards based on the Ampere architecture for March, something that seems increasingly likely.

Nvidia Turing is the new Ampere-based gaming silicon

It has been Reuters who has claimed that Nvidia is working on a new silicon named Nvidia Turing, this would be the code name for the chip in question and not for the architecture, which could be Ampere according to the latest rumors. What is clear is that it is a gaming chip and not one focused on the professional segment, with this it is clear that they will be new GeForce for video games.

Supposedly Ampere will be the new Nvidia architecture for the gaming segment, which means that Volta will be exclusive to the professional sector and artificial intelligence. Of course, Ampere could not be anything other than Volta without the elements intended for artificial intelligence, which would result in a chip that is easier to manufacture, more efficient and cheaper.
