The Powercolor RX Vega Nano graphics card will undoubtedly be the most interesting product based on AMD's Vega graphics architecture, as it is expected to offer great performance in a very compact size, much like the Radeon R9 Nano based in Fiji.

Powercolor RX Vega Nano will hit the market very soon

A real prototype of the Powercolor RX Vega Nano has already been shown at an AMD event in Munich, so the card is expected to be officially announced in mid-May, with its global availability later in the month.. Powercolor would still be working on the review of the heatsink, and the card would come with a shorter PCB than the one the brand introduced with its Red Dragon Vega 56. Powercolor already pointed out that a shorter version was possible due to the efficiency of the cooling system.

The Powercolor RX Vega Nano will come with 8 + 6-pin PCIe power connectors, somewhat different from the single 8-pin connector configuration seen on RX Vega 56 graphics cards. This new card is expected to come with the same Vega 56 GPU with 3584 Stream Processors and slightly lower clocks to keep the generated heat under control. Using the Vega 64 core at low frequencies would also be possible as the Radeon R9 Nano was based on the fully unlocked Fiji core.

The biggest unknown of this new card is the price, in Europe the RX Vega 56 graphics card costs between 620 and 700 euros, so this could be the approximate price of this new Powercolor RX Vega Nano, although its design could make it somewhat more face. Hopefully it won't be exhausted immediately by the popularity of cryptocurrencies, something that will be difficult.
