The first images and specs of the Sapphire Radeon RX VEGA 56 PULSE, a custom model from AMD's RX Vega series, are provided by a German dealer.

Sapphire Radeon RX VEGA 56 PULSE appears in a German store

This card is part of the Sapphire PULSE series, which uses a completely custom PCB with a dual-turbine cooling system. The most curious thing about this design is that the heatsink of the graphics card is twice as long as the PCB, which has enabled them to add a second fan in this space. The PULSE occupies three PCIe slots and measures 28.2 cm x 12.5 cm.

Despite belonging to another series, the RX Vega 56 PULSE has a lot in common with the high-end Nitro + model. Both models rely on a pair of 8-pin PCIe power connectors, and even share the same memory specs.

Custom model for just 'only' 789 euros

This model comes with a 1208 MHz (+52 MHz) base clock and increases the clock to 1512 MHz (+41 MHz). With this data on the table, they would place this model with a frequency of 60 MHz below NITRO +. The amount of HBM2 memory would be 8GB, a typical capacity for high-end AMD graphics cards (and more than enough for current games).

The Alternate.de store is listing this personalized Sapphire graphics card for, not inconsiderable figure, of 789 euros and would be available from February.
