Microsoft issues, windows 10 adoption slows

NetMarketShare gives us some revealing new figures on the adoption of Windows 10 in recent months, and it's not good news for Microsoft. As can be seen in the statistics, the number of active devices with Windows 10 is slowing down, this means that the number of users who switch to the new operating system is less than during much of 2016.

Windows 10 share does not grow at the same rate as before

The graphics do not lie, the adoption of Windows 10 came in extremely well until more or less the month of August 2016, so much so that Microsoft itself projected that the operating system would be present in more than 1 billion devices during 2018.

Currently the Windows 10 market share reaches 25.3% among all the devices that have a Windows system, this translates into more than 400 million devices that have this OS. The leader of the show is still Windows 7 with 47.2%, a percentage that is slowly falling month by month.
