Qnap launches qvideo and qphoto

Anonim

QNAP Systems, Inc. has launched Qvideo and Qphoto, two new free apps for Android ™ devices, that offer Turbo NAS users the best way to view, manage and share photos and videos stored on their NAS, anywhere and in any moment.

Qvideo allows users to play and manage their video collection on their Turbo NAS from their Android devices and choose between the different connection methods that best suit their internet environment to search for videos by date, thumbnails, lists or folders, and view them via streaming.

Qphoto is a useful tool that allows users to easily access and manage photos on their Turbo NAS. With its intuitive interface, the app allows you to quickly search for photos with keywords or tags, and also by date, thumbnails, lists or folders.

Both applications also offer the possibility of directly uploading to a Turbo NAS those videos and photos taken with a mobile phone or tablet and thus avoid the storage limitations of the device. They include options to share photos and video links with family and friends through email, instant messaging and social networks.

Both Qvideo and Qphoto are compatible with Android devices with version 4.0 or higher, and can also be enabled to operate with Qsync, a useful QTS QTS firmware application that syncs files between devices and a Turbo NAS automatically. Also, if users accidentally delete files, they can still recover them from the "Trash" folder, ensuring that their important video and photo files are never lost.

Qvideo and Qphoto are now available for Android on Google Play. In order to run the apps correctly, the TurboNAS they connect to must have version 4.0.0 or higher of the QTS firmware installed together with the Video Station (version 2.1 or higher) and Photo Station (version 4.1 or higher) NAS applications, available at turn the QNAP App Center
