Phobya is a brand that despite being made up of several companies, manufacturers and technological designers. They do not have a central office but instead develop and produce products to various parts of the world. All products under the Phobya brand adhere to strict quality standards.
This time we are going to analyze some fans, the Phobya NB-ELOOP 1600RPM from 120 mm. This product has a number of interesting features, so let's go ahead with the review.

The Phobya NB-ELOOP. It is the world's first high-tech compact fan with a patented Loop Bionic rotor in Germany. Developed with the support of the Federal Ministry of Economy and the bionic Dr. Rudolf Bannasch, we offer the NB-ELOOP Phobya series to our followers the most advanced technology in the world. The Phobya NB-ELOOP was specially designed for Phobya in a unique red wing and black frame edition, which matches the Phobya special design perfectly. This Phobya NB-ELOOP extends the existing Phobya fan series to another level of quality.

Phobya NB eLoop Bionic in front of the camera
Taking a look at the box, this is very eye-catching packaging with tons of colors and a great fan image on the front. The print has a glossy finish and highlights the use of the Bionic fan rotor blade which is patented by Dr. Rudolf Bannasch.
On the back of the box we can see a list of technical specifications and barcodes. For our peace of mind, the fan comes with a 3 year warranty.
Opening the box we find four black screws and the fan itself. I was pleased to see the fan with black screws compared to generic silver screws. I was expecting more in the bundle maybe some anti-vibration fan pins, but obviously adding these would add to the cost slightly.
The fan is very striking at first glance. I really like the fan design, but obviously the color of it makes it difficult to use on some color themes, however it would be suitable for a red / black color theme perfectly.
Let's start by taking a look at the Bionic fan blade rotor. This technology comes from Germany and has been developed with the support of the Federal Ministry of Economy and Dr. Rudolf Bannasch. This technology consists in that the blades from the tip to the tail of the fan blade are attached to an outer ring to which all six "blades" are attached.
They say this unique design eliminates the vortices between the high and low pressure side of the paddle tips. It works by breaking the tip vortices into smaller vortices that are then evenly distributed. The result of this is reducing friction, improving energy efficiency and reducing aerodynamic noise.
The fan chassis is very strong. This is due to the fiberglass reinforced material used in its construction; the exact name is UL94V0 PBT GF 30%. The intake side of the fan frame that surrounds the blades is angled to help increase air intake. On the reverse side are small round troughs, which I suppose helps to reduce noise / improve air flow.
The blades are made of transparent red plastic and have a ribbed effect on the trailing edge of the blades. They also have a very smooth dust repellent surface. I found that they capture light very well.
The fan has a black three-pin power connector and is capable of rotating up to 1600RPM at 12v. The cable also comes braided in a good quality mesh fabric, the cables cannot be seen through it.
In the corners of each fan they have rubber shock absorbers made of a very soft red rubber and have the NB logo embossed on them. These impact surfaces and help prevent vibration. I would have liked to see the included anti-vibration pins for mounting to avoid more vibrations

- 5v: The noise level is very good, the fan is quiet, with no rolling noise and a surprising amount of air flow. 7v: The noise level in 7v is also very good, I couldn't hear anything different when compared to the fan when operating at 5V however there was more air flow. 12v: The fan became audible but bearable in my opinion. However, the amount of air flow to be delivered was quite surprising, quite a strong breeze and very directional. Very impressive.
The fan can deliver a reasonable amount of static pressure at 12v (1, 560mmH20) delivers more than the Quiet SP120mm Corsair edition, so it should perform admirably on water-cooled radiators. Overall, I was very impressed by the performance, quiet at the lower voltages, with a very powerful airflow when running at 12v.
Final words and conclusion
From the beginning this fan impressed me. The packaging is eye-catching and will attract your attention. Everything is well packed and the fan is held firmly in place in the box thanks to a cardboard insert.
The lack of accessories on the fan was a disappointment. I would have liked to have seen a fan adapter or some anti-vibration kit against mounts included. The appearance of the fan is impressive. The sheets have a very reflective finish to them and they look great when captured in light.
Build quality is excellent. The fan frame is one of the hardest I've ever seen and the shock absorber rubber is soft to the touch. It is clearly seen that there has been a great effort in the design of the components used and they work, more than well, the performance is great!
I was very impressed by the Phobya NB-ELOOP 1600 rpm, 120mm. Combining good performance with solid build quality and adapting to any red / black system.
Good job Phobya!
