Rpcs3 is now capable of running after burner climax
We know that emulating game consoles is not an easy task, since emulating your hardware and software is a very difficult task, so much so that even today there are PS2 games that have serious errors or do not even work. In the case of PS3 it is even more complicated by the very different and special architecture of its CELL microprocessor, the most promising emulator for this console is RPCS3.
Despite the enormous difficulty, little by little progress is made in the PS3 emulation and the After Burner Climax game has already been run at a speed that allows it to be enjoyed without problems. The emulation is not free of graphic errors but the step taken is undoubtedly very important and brings us a little closer to the day that we can play the PS3 on our PC.
RPCS3 makes use of the DirectX 12 API for better management of the resources of our PCs to improve the speed of emulation.
