Nvidia RTX 2080 Ti Super could be a reality

Nvidia's partner Inno3D has listed the legendary GeForce RTX 2080 Ti Super graphics card multiple times on the company's promotion page. Nvidia has allegedly stated that it does not plan to release a Super version of the GeForce RTX 2080 Ti, but this contradicts those statements.

We tend to agree with the alleged plans of the chip maker. With things as they are on the market right now, there is no room for an RTX 2080 Ti Super as it would only cannibalize the other high-end Nvidia models. Taking this into account, it is among the possible, that it is an error.

By reviewing the Inno3D promotion page, we can see that the graphics card maker started including the RTX 2080 Ti Super in Nvidia's “Super Fast Supernatural” package. The package promotion period started in July and lasted until September 16. As we have already passed the month of September and still do not see the GeForce RTX 2080 Ti anywhere, it is more than enough reason to consider the list to be a typo.

Interestingly, Inno3D presented the RTX 2080 Ti Super for the second time with the latest package “The Rules Have Changed”. This runs from September 17 to November 18. Either Inno3D has not noticed its error or the subconscious of the company is betraying it.

At the moment, Nvidia or Inno3D have not come out to clarify whether it is an error or not, which fuels speculation about a possible 'Super' model of the RTX 2080 Ti. We will be attentive to the news.
