The Computex is going to start in a matter of days and rumors of all kinds continue to arise, one of the last points to AMD announcing there the new graphics cards based on the 7nm VEGA 20 core, which recently had a leak in 3DMark.
AMD plans to launch a new product based on VEGA 20 at Computex
Tweaktown sources have claimed that AMD plans to launch a new Vega 20-based product at Computex 2018. This, or these, 7nm graphics cards would come with a memory capacity of 32GB HBM2. Sadly, this new card won't be for gaming, but will act as a new entry in AMD's Radeon Instinct line for deep learning tasks.
That's why AMD's Vega 20 graphics card is expected to be expensive, though the performance characteristics of the graphics card are currently unknown. AMD may have plans to release a game-oriented version of this graphics card at a later date, though the company also has its previously announced Vega Mobile graphics card to show, potentially making Computex very interesting to those interested in. AMD graphics, as a response to Nvidia in this field, where it fully dominates with its Pascal architecture.
AMD's press conference at Computex will take place on June 6 at 10 a.m.Taipei time (9 p.m. on June 5 in the US and at 3 a.m. in the UK) This event will be broadcast live on YouTube.
