This time they have announced the Ultimate SU800 SSD that comes with 3D NAND technology.

3D NAND memory technology will allow solid state drives not only faster but also with greater capacity with the use of TLC, so at this moment it will be easy to see drives of this type reaching 1 TB of storage space and more capacity in the near future.

The company has not given many details about the internal characteristics of these SSDs, but it has indicated that it will use a DRAM buffer as well as an SLC cache to give it greater durability. The speed will be between 560 MB / s of reading and 520 MB / s of sequential writing using the SATA 3 interface.
