Months ago , Xiaomi, Oppo and Vivo already announced that they were going to collaborate on some projects. The first of them is already a reality, because the three companies launch their own AirDrop. They leave us with an intercompatible system to send files without the need for an Internet connection in this case. This project will arrive shortly, but it has already been announced.

An interesting detail is that it will not have a unified interface, but there will be differences between the brands, as has been known so far.

First project

Thanks to this system, it will be possible to transmit files of all kinds between Xiaomi, Oppo and Vivo phones without the need for an internet connection. As the companies have commented, this system will allow transmissions with an average speed of approximately 20 MB / s via Wi-Fi. After pairing via Bluetooth.

This system is presented as a response to options such as iPhone AirDrop or Huawei Share, present in the phones of the Chinese brand. In this case, among the three brands they have a 45% share in China, so they can be stronger with a joint system.

Xiaomi, Oppo and Vivo phones will be compatible. Although it does not seem to be something that will reach all the devices of these three brands.
