At CES 2018 , AMD unveiled a graphics card called the Radeon Vega Mobile, a miniaturized version of the company's RX Vega 64 silicon that ships with a single HBM2 memory battery. Today, the same company has announced the arrival of Radeon Pro Vega, which combines HBM2 memory and its Vega graphics architecture to offer a high level of graphics performance on portable devices.
AMD Introduces Radeon Pro Vega 20 and Pro Vega 16 for Laptops
So far, AMD has unveiled two Radeon Vega Mobile series models, these chips with Radeon Pro Vega 20 and Pro Vega 16, which are expected to offer 20 and 16 active CUs (compute units) respectively.

The new MacBook Pro will have the option to include AMD's Radeon Pro Vega graphics hardware, with up to a 60% improvement in graphics performance over its previous design. This new MacBook model will be available in late November, so we won't have to wait too long to see it in action.
At the last CES, AMD unveiled a graphics chip that the company called Vega Mobile, a discrete GPU designed to deliver low-power operation, reduced footprint thanks to HBM2 memory, and VR-ready performance.
